Menu Builder

The Menu Builder turns your WordPress menus into polished, responsive navigation — a standard nav bar with dropdowns, or rich mega-panels — all built and styled in Elementor.

Where: add the Navigation Menu, Mega Menu or Off Canvas widget (typically inside a Theme Builder header) and pick a menu.

Navigation Menu

• Renders a WordPress menu horizontally with multi-level dropdowns.
• Collapses to a hamburger + off-canvas panel on mobile.
• Full style controls for typography, colors, spacing and the active/hover states.

Mega Menu

Mega Menu extends the nav bar with mega-panel dropdowns on selected items — drop in columns, images, icons and calls-to-action built from a Tiger Template section, for a rich, storefront-style menu — while still using your standard WordPress menu for structure.

Off Canvas

The Off Canvas widget gives you a slide-in panel — a mobile menu, a cart drawer, or any content — triggered by a button, independent of the main nav bar.

Building a header

1. Create a header template in the Theme Builder so the same navigation shows site-wide.
2. Add the menu widget and select a menu you manage under Appearance → Menus.
3. Style it, then use display conditions to vary it (for example, a simpler header on checkout).

Tip: keep the menu structure in Appearance → Menus and only style it here — that way editors can manage links without ever opening Elementor.

Troubleshooting

My mega panel is empty.

A mega panel renders a Tiger Template section — build and assign that section to the menu item, or the dropdown has nothing to show.

The mobile menu doesn’t open.

Check for a JavaScript error from another plugin, and confirm the hamburger toggle isn’t hidden by a conflicting z-index or an overflow rule on the header.

Menu changes don’t appear on the front end.

Edit the menu under Appearance → Menus (the widget only styles it). If you use page caching, clear it after structural changes.
