This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund on a Tiger Elements purchase. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Our 30-day guarantee
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we offer a 30-day refund from the date of purchase if a product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the problem for you. Tell us what isn’t working first — most issues are a quick fix, and our support team will try to help before any refund is needed.
2. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). When a refund is approved, Paddle returns the payment to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@tigerelementswp.com from the address you purchased with, include your order number, and tell us briefly what went wrong. You can also request a refund directly through the receipt Paddle emailed you at the time of purchase.
4. When a refund may be declined
We may decline a refund where:
- the request is made more than 30 days after purchase;
- there is evidence of license abuse, resale, or redistribution of our software;
- the issue is caused by an incompatible third-party theme, plugin, or hosting environment that is outside the product’s stated requirements and that we have offered to help resolve; or
- the purchase was made through fraud or a chargeback is already in progress.
5. What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, the license from that order is revoked and any site activations under it are released. If you refund a plan that granted an affiliate commission, that commission is voided in line with our affiliate terms.
6. Renewals
Annual plans renew automatically. You can cancel a renewal at any time before it bills to avoid being charged for the next term. If a renewal charges unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
