Start from a ready-made form instead of a blank canvas. Templates give you a working form with the right fields already in place, so you spend your time customizing rather than building structure from scratch.
Where: Tiger Forms → New form opens the template gallery. You can also start from a template while creating any new form.
The template gallery
When you create a new form, the gallery offers three starting points:
- Blank form — an empty canvas when you want full control.
- A template — a pre-built form such as contact, quote request, order or registration, browsable by category with a search box to filter by name.
- AI generate — describe the form you want in a prompt and Tiger Forms drafts the fields for you.
Using a template
- Open Tiger Forms → New form.
- Filter by category or type in the search box to find a starting point.
- Give the new form a name and confirm.
- Tiger Forms creates a real, editable form from the template instantly and drops you into the Form Builder.
From there it is a normal form: add or remove fields, rename labels, change field IDs, and wire up conditional logic exactly as you would with any form you built by hand.
Add the behavior
Templates give you the structure; you layer on the behavior:
- Enable Payment if the form should charge (add a Product or price field first).
- Connect Integrations to sync entries to your CRM, a Notion database or a Google Sheet.
- Adjust Notifications so the right people are emailed, with a confirmation to the submitter.
- Turn on anti-spam protections before you publish a public form.
Troubleshooting
Can I change a form after creating it from a template?
Yes — completely. A template is only a starting point. Once the form is created it is fully yours; nothing is locked, and editing it has no effect on the original template.
The AI-generated form isn’t quite right.
Treat the AI draft the same as a template: open it in the Form Builder and adjust the fields, labels and logic. It is a head start, not a finished form.
