Tiger Forms is a standalone, drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress — 40+ field types, multi-step flows, live calculations, payments, file uploads, anti-spam and stored submissions — powered by a fast React builder with no per-form limits. It works on its own through a shortcode and automatically adds an Elementor widget when Elementor is active, so no page builder is required.

What lives in the menu
Everything for Tiger Forms sits under the top-level Tiger Forms menu:
- Tiger Forms — the forms list; create a new form or open one to edit.
- Submissions — every stored entry, browsable, viewable and exportable.
- Settings — site-wide defaults across seven tabs (General, Mail Delivery, Integrations, Payments, Anti-spam, Storage, GDPR).
- Tools — export, cleanup, system status and database maintenance.
- Build with AI — connect an AI assistant over MCP to build forms in plain language (Pro).
- License — your Lite/Pro status and upgrade options.
Build your first form
- Go to Tiger Forms and choose New form — start from a ready-made Template (contact, booking, donation, survey, job application and 15+ more) or a blank canvas.
- Drag fields onto the Form Builder canvas, then open each one to set its label, placeholder, validation and default value.
- Configure Notifications (admin alerts and autoresponders) and, if you need them, Integrations or Payments.
- Save the form, then place it on any page or post.
Publishing a form
Insert a form anywhere with the Tiger Forms block (Gutenberg), the Elementor widget, or the shortcode:
- Shortcode —
works in the block editor, Elementor, classic content and widgets. - Elementor widget — added automatically when Elementor is active, with full Style-tab control over colors, spacing and typography.
What you get
- Stored submissions — every entry is saved in your own WordPress database, browsable and exportable to CSV.
- Payments — collect money with Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay using fixed or calculated amounts (Pro).
- Calculations & logic — live formula fields for quotes and totals, plus conditional show/hide rules.
- Integrations & anti-spam — send data onward to Slack, Mailchimp, HubSpot and more, and block bots with CAPTCHA, honeypot and rate limiting.
- Mail out of the box — notifications use your server’s native mailer with zero setup; optional built-in SMTP is available for maximum deliverability.
Tips
Start from a template rather than a blank form when you’re building a common form — you can change anything afterward, and it is much faster.
Do I need Elementor?
No. Tiger Forms is fully standalone through the shortcode. The Elementor widget only appears when Elementor is active.
Where is my data stored?
In dedicated tables inside your own WordPress database. Uploaded files stay on your server unless you point Storage at S3, R2 or BunnyCDN. Nothing is sent to a third party.
