Tiger Booking

Integrations & webhooks (Booking)

Connect Booking to outbound webhooks (unified envelope + redelivery), GraphQL automation, Zoom meeting links, Slack and HubSpot.

Connecting Tiger Booking to your calendar, video, messaging and CRM tools — and pushing booking events out to any endpoint with outbound webhooks — is part of the Tiger Booking Pro add-on. The integrations hub, the webhook builder and the REST API key are not in the free wordpress.org plugin, and neither is the Google Calendar / OAuth pair behind them.

Where: WP Admin → Tiger Booking → Settings → Integrations — a tab that exists only when the Pro add-on is installed.

Which build has this

  • Free plugin — the integrations files are not in the download, so the Integrations tab is never built. There is no locked panel and no upgrade badge; the tab simply is not in the rail.
  • Pro add-on installed and licensed — the hub, the outbound webhooks and Google Calendar sync all appear.
  • Pro installed but not licensed — the endpoints answer 402 and the screens explain what they need. Nothing you configured is deleted, and reactivating a licence brings it all back as it was.

What the free plugin does instead

The free build is not cut off from the outside world — it just does it with the tools WordPress already gives you:

  • Email is fully configurable, including SMTP through Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun or SES. See Notifications & SMTP.
  • Bookings, services and customers are ordinary rows you can export from Settings → Import / Export.
  • Services are mirrored to a WordPress custom post type, so they are queryable by any theme, block or widget on the site.

What you cannot do without the add-on is have the site call a third party by itself.

Apps & Calendars (Pro add-on)

The first sub-tab wires up productivity and communication tools. Each card takes that provider’s own credentials:

  • Google Calendar — sync bookings to a calendar (OAuth Client ID and Secret, plus a Calendar ID; leave it as primary for the main calendar).
  • Zoom Video — auto-generate a meeting link when an appointment is confirmed, using a Server-to-Server OAuth app’s Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret.
  • Google Meet — the same idea over a Google OAuth app.
  • Slack Alerts — post booking and cancellation alerts to a channel via an Incoming Webhook URL.
  • WhatsApp Business — message from a verified business number (Phone Number ID, Access Token and From Number).
  • Apple Calendar — publish a subscription feed customers or staff can follow.

CRM (Pro add-on)

The CRM sub-tab pushes new customers and bookings into your CRM automatically. Connectors ship for HubSpot (Private App Token + Portal ID), Salesforce (Consumer Key, Consumer Secret and Instance URL), Pipedrive (API Token + company domain), Zoho CRM, Monday.com and ActiveCampaign.

Webhooks & API (Pro add-on)

The third sub-tab is the automation surface:

  • REST API key — generate, copy and regenerate a key so external systems can read your booking data.
  • Outbound webhook (simple) — POST booking events as JSON to a single URL.
  • Outgoing webhooks (advanced builder) — fire chosen events at any URL as REST or GraphQL, with merge tags, custom headers and HMAC signing so the receiver can verify the payload really came from you.

Building an advanced webhook

  1. Add a webhook and choose the booking events that trigger it.
  2. Set the target URL and the method (REST or GraphQL).
  3. Compose the payload with merge tags, add any custom headers, and attach a signing secret if the receiver checks HMAC.
  4. Use Send test to fire a sample event and confirm the endpoint accepts it.

Because payloads are signed and delivered in a consistent envelope, downstream tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or your own service can trust and route them.

Troubleshooting

There is no Integrations tab in my Settings.

You are on the free wordpress.org plugin, which does not contain the integrations code. Install the Tiger Booking Pro add-on alongside it — the free plugin stays installed and active, nothing is uninstalled and no data is migrated.

The Integrations tab is there but everything says a licence is needed.

The add-on is present without an active licence. Activate one; your saved connections and webhooks are untouched in the meantime.

A connection needs a verified OAuth app and won’t sync.

That provider requires an application on their side before the token exchange can complete. Create the app with the provider, paste its credentials into the card, and finish the connection prompt shown there.

My webhook never arrives.

Open it and press Send test — the result reports what the endpoint said. Check the URL, that the receiver accepts the method you chose (REST versus GraphQL), and that any HMAC secret matches on both sides.
