The License screen shows whether this site is running Tiger Forms Lite (free) or Pro, reports your activation status, and links you to the place that actually activates a key. Tiger Forms rides one shared Tiger account license — a single key unlocks every Tiger product, so this page reports rather than stores the key itself.
Where: Tiger Forms → License.
What the page shows
- Plan — Free · Lite or your Pro plan.
- License key — Connected or Not connected.
- Status — Active, In grace period, Inactive, or Not connected.
- This site — the host the license is tied to.
- Workspace usage — live counts of your Forms, Published forms and Submissions.
How to activate Pro
Because the key is shared across the whole Tiger suite, you don’t paste it here. Instead:
- Buy a license from the Tiger store if you don’t have one yet.
- Activate it once on the Tiger Elements → License screen (when the Tiger Elements hub is installed), or connect your account through the store portal for a standalone install.
- Return to this page — Plan flips to Pro and Pro features unlock automatically. Automatic updates follow the same license.
Free vs Pro
The Lite build is fully functional for core forms and stays free forever. Lite includes the drag-and-drop builder and every field type, email notifications and auto-replies, local file uploads, anti-spam (honeypot, time-trap, rate limit), and conditional logic & calculations. Pro adds:
- Multi-step forms — paged flows with a progress bar and conditional steps.
- Online payments — Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay.
- Integrations & webhooks — six native services (Slack, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets and more) with retry and delivery logs.
- Cloud file storage — Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 and BunnyCDN.
- Priority support.
Pro also carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, one key across all Tiger products, and unlimited forms and submissions.
Tips
Keep the license connected and active so security and compatibility updates arrive automatically. If the status shows In grace period, your key still works for a short window — renew or reconnect before it lapses to Inactive.
I activated on another Tiger plugin but this still says Free — why?
The shared license needs the Tiger Elements hub (or a connected account) present on this install. Confirm activation on Tiger Elements → License, then reload this page.
Does the free version stop working without a key?
No. Lite is free forever; only the Pro features listed above require an active license.
