Three steps: install the Tiger Elements plugin inside Figma, copy the REST endpoint and generate an access token on the settings page and paste both into the Figma plugin, then select a frame and push it. The token is minted by your own site and tied to your account — it is not a Figma API key.

No, it’s deterministic. The same frame compiles the same way every time rather than being re-interpreted on each run, so a re-import doesn’t quietly produce a different layout.
