Yes. Each row in the Condition Rules repeater is one condition, and the Match selector controls how rows combine: AND keeps a row in the current group, OR starts a fresh group. The element matches when any one group fully matches.
Show when ALL rules match hides the element by default and reveals it only when satisfied. Hide when ALL rules match does the opposite — visible by default, disappearing when the rules are met. Pick whichever needs fewer rules to express.
